Foundations Learning Institute, a division of Foundations to Success, LLC, is committed to equipping Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs), QMHP-Trainees, Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), and Behavioral Health Technician Assistants (BHT-As) with the knowledge, skills, and ethical framework to deliver effective, client-centered behavioral health services across the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Our comprehensive 60-hour didactic training program aligns with Virginia regulatory standards outlined in §54.1-3521, §54.1-3520, §54.1-3518, and §54.1-3519, ensuring that each participant gains the competencies required to provide quality behavioral health support.
About the Program
Format: 60 hours of didactic instruction delivered over 10 interactive modules
Instructional Methods: Lecture, directed reading, case study analysis, and guided discussion
Assessment Methods: Pre/Post-tests, knowledge checks, and skills demonstrations
